broadband4spain fully monitor and maintain the broadband network, and we will do whatever is necesssary to properly connect your computer to the Internet, and keep it connected.

System Monitoring

We believe in the "own and operate principle", that is we own and operate our own networks and infrastrature wherever we can.

Only if you have full control can you properly serve your customers. We operate a full network management system, giving us real-time visibility of all network elements. Every 5 seconds each individual piece of equipment in our network is polled for current status information. This information is viewed at our network management centre. together with statistical information regarding network usage. Any problem is instantly notified and proactive action is taken. If a fault should occur, the chances are we will have resolved the situation before you have even noticed.

 


 


Remote Management

When you operate a network it is essential that all network elements can be properly managed. Only if you can take action can you ensure consistent network performance.

Our network management system is second to none. From our network management centre we have full control of security, configuration, fault management, diagnostics and system updates.
