Running a busy hotel requires good communication with both guests and suppliers. Today so much is done via email & the web, so imagine trying to run a hotel without a proper telephone line or Internet! BB4S have been brilliant. Their staff are efficent, knowledgeable and helpful. When we had a problem with our email settings nothing was too much bother. Since we had the broadband system installed, the Internet has been so fast it seems that our computers have become telepathic; Web pages just  seem to instantly appear.

A few months ago, we  decided to move our office premises from Nerja to the inland village of Canillas de Albaida which does not have telefonica broadband. As we are an Estate Agent and over 80 % of our enquiries are via email and our websites, having a broadband connection is critical to our company’s success.

To enable us to make this decision we had to be absolutely sure that we could receive an internet service that would be 100% efficient for our needs. We contacted Broadband4Spain, who were extremely helpful and explained how the system worked. It was installed easily and without any fuss.

We used the system at our home for 3 months and found it to be excellent and that allowed us to make the big decision to close the office in Nerja without worrying about lack of communications. We now also have a  telephone connection with an English number which is much cheaper for our UK based clients to call us and visa versa.

Nick's company is always available should you have any enquiries and he is very vigilant in taking care of the system. I thoroughly recommend them.

Our business is Internet based, so without a fast reliable Internet connection our business would be unsustainable. During the 9 Months we have had the service there has been very few problems, and on the odd occasion when we have had a problem, BB4S (broadband4spain) have been easy to contact and  responded quickly.
